Yes, siblings can see Santa together as part of the same booking, provided each child has their own paid Santa’s Grotto ticket. Please note only 4 children per time slot.

If you would like separate family bookings to visit together, please contact Thorpe Farm before booking or as soon as possible afterwards. This will be subject to availability and capacity.

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before your booked Santa time and follow the Santa’s Grotto check-in signs. Our team will check your booking and direct you to the festive activities before your visit to Santa.

Families can enjoy a selection of festive activities as part of the Santa’s Grotto experience before meeting Santa. Activities may include Christmas crafts and other seasonal fun.

Please follow the instructions given by the Santa’s Grotto team on the day regarding photography during your visit.

Our marketing team may be taking pictures throughout the event but there are no plans for a professional photographer. 

Pushchairs are welcome at Thorpe Farm. Depending on space within individual activity areas, our team may ask you to leave your pushchair in a designated area.

If you or a member of your party has specific accessibility requirements, please contact Thorpe Farm before your visit so we can advise you and help make your visit as comfortable as possible.

The Santa’s Grotto experience may involve different areas around Thorpe Farm. We recommend dressing appropriately for the December weather.

No. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted within the Santa’s Grotto experience. We kindly ask that dogs are left at home when visiting the Grotto. Registered assistance dogs are permitted.

Please arrive approximately 30 minutes before your booked Santa time. If you are running late, speak to our team as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a late arrival can be moved to another slot, as this will depend on availability.

Requests to move your booking to another date or time are subject to availability and must be discussed with Thorpe Farm. Please email admin@thorpefarm.co.uk with your booking details.

You can let us know if you are unable to attend; however, Santa’s Grotto bookings are non-refundable for customer cancellations.

No. Tickets are non-refundable if you cancel your booking. Requests to move a date or time are subject to availability and must be agreed with Thorpe Farm.

If Thorpe Farm has to cancel a session, affected customers will be contacted using the details provided with their booking and advised of the available options.

Please check your email junk or spam folder first. If you still cannot find your confirmation, contact Thorpe Farm with the name and email address used for the booking so we can assist.

Tickets may only be available on the day if spaces remain. We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

To help keep every visit magical and special, Santa welcomes a maximum of 4 paying children during each 5-minute time slot. Keeping the groups small allows children to enjoy their special moment with Santa and gives families time to capture those all-important Christmas memories.

No. Only children with a paid Santa’s Grotto ticket can meet Santa. Any child attending who wishes to see Santa must have the correct paid child ticket.

No. All adults attending Santa’s Grotto must have a valid ticket for entry. If you would like additional adults to join your booking, an Additional Adult ticket must be purchased for each extra adult attending. Please make sure the correct number of adult tickets is included in your booking, as entry cannot be permitted without a valid ticket.

If a child does not wish to meet Santa but would still like to accompany the family through the experience, an Additional Adult ticket must be purchased for them.

Our free accompanying tickets are allocated to paying child tickets and cannot be used in place of an Additional Adult ticket. Only children with a paid child ticket will be included in the visit to Santa and receive the child ticket experience.
